We work with farmers who have a strong focus on regenerative agriculture, and care passionately about their animals and the land they live and work on and this reflects in the flavour and quality of the meat, eggs and smallgoods they produce. We also have some award-winning charcutiers who source locally raised, ethically farmed whole animals for their traditional hand crafted smallgood ranges. Many of our producers have online shops, are available in leading gourmet retail stores, as well as supply to the foodservice markets.
