We uniquely combine farming grass-fed Dorper Lamb and Dexter Beef with the conservation of critically endangered habitat and regeneration of native grasslands.
For us the conservation of critically endangered Box Gum Grassy Woodland and the restoration of native grass pastures is as important as the raising of excellent quality grass-fed Lamb and Beef raised with great care and low stress.
We came to farming by being foodies and environmentalists first and this background drives all our farming decisions.
Our Grass-fed Dorper Lamb has been featured in the delicious. Produce Awards in '20 and '21 and in '22 our farm and on-farm accommodation was a finalist in the Banksia Foundation National Sustainable Tourism Awards.
