Did you know that award-winning saffron grows in Australia? Cocoa beans (yes, chocolate!) and 100% natural organic vanilla beans, too. Australia is also a pioneer in sea kelp harvesting and production, and we are proud to showcase a pioneer of sustainably-harvested sea kelp products such as granules blended with locally sourced chilli and finger lime that give dishes a nutrition and flavour kick. We are also lucky to have one of the world’s leading culinary herb and spice experts in our community, Ian Hemphill; his business, Herbie’s Spices, was named in Food and Wine’s (foodandwine.com) list of the Best Spice Shops in the world in 2013.
