Sea Health Products
Sea Health Products' Australian Golden Kelp is harvested sustainably, from the pristine South Coast of NSW to provide high quality kelp with a umami hit!
Sea Health Products is a family business, sustainably hand harvesting Golden Kelp {Ecklonia radiata} from our stunning beaches on the far south coast of NSW. Golden Kelp, or Sea Kelp (seaweed) contains more than 60 essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements and is increasingly being recognised as an important natural source of vital nutritional requirements.
Kelp contains magnesium, calcium, iron, copper, potassium, zinc and natural sea salt. It has the highest natural concentration of calcium of any food (10 times more than milk) and is an excellent alternative to salt. It is also high in fibre and has protein, vitamins A, B, C and E, and beta-carotene - an antioxidant.
We have curated and developed a unique range of specialist health products of the highest quality for your cooking and self-care. Our range offers granules, powder, soaps, soaks and many other products such as locally sourced chilli Furikake and Finger Lime with Golden Kelp mixes, through our collaborative partnerships.
As it has been for almost 50 years, Golden Kelp is hand selected to provide for a sustainable future. Beginning with a female founder, Betty Long of Glasshouse Rocks, Narooma in the 1960’s. Now owner directed by Marine Biologist, Jo Lane, Sea Health Products offers new kelp health and inner health care products, with innovations moving forward such as plastic free packaging and sustainable aquaculture.
Hand harvested with love and care under licence from all the relevant authorities. We take great pride in our beautiful range and hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
