Black Barley Australia was founded by Roger Duggan in 2016 and became commercially available for the first time in 2019 with a small yield of just eight tonnes. 

Originally from Ethiopia, this wholegrain is incredibly versatile in the kitchen. Nutritionally, it is high in fibre, phosphorus and B6, and an excellent source of protein, exceeding the likes of oats, wheat and quinoa. It presents as an excellent low GI option for soups, salads and braises. 
Unlike most other grains, it is unprocessed, as it retains its outer bran layer. 

Once cooked, it takes on a shiny black to dark mahogany colour with a slightly nutty and sweet flavour.

With recognition over the last three years at the delicious. Produce Awards, this product is gaining a cult following, and as yields increase along with demand, it is set to be a super food of the future.

Grown and harvested in New Norcia and Beverly, WA Black Barley Australia produce a highly nutritious ancient grain which is innovative, exciting, and down-right delicious.

We roast, flavour and make macadamia nut butters out of the nuts grown on the farm. We find the products are a healthy and rich pantry staple for gluten free and dairy free diets. Most products are vegan and all the macadamias we use are grown on our family farm between the Brother Mountains on the NSW Mid North Coast.

We sell seasonal macadamia products from our family farm nestled between the Brother Mountains on the Mid-North Coast of NSW

Chestnut Brae was originally both a chestnut and daffodil farm, now only the chestnuts are farmed, but the abundant daffodils planted between the rows of chestnut trees means the orchards are stunning in Spring when the daffodils are flowering, ablaze with abundance and colour in Autumn, picturesque in Winter and a cool European forest of trees in Summer.

Located just 40 minutes from the Busselton Margaret River Airport on the Blackwood River Valley Farm Trail, Chestnut Brae is 15 minutes south of Nannup (off Vasse Highway and Chalwell Road) and 55 minutes inland from Margaret River. Chestnut Brae’s rolling hills, pastures, permanent flowing springs and mature chestnut forests give a feeling of being in Europe as you arrive at the farm. Wiltshire sheep are our lawn mowers that roam and forage through the orchards keeping suckers trimmed and the grass down.  Cheeky Guinea Fowl busily fossick keeping insects under control across the farm.  Heritage Wessex Saddleback pigs root and snuffle happily turning our soil over, adding to the soul satisfying peacefulness of Chestnut Brae.

The stunning gardens are part of the Organic Garden Trail, and open for The Festival of Country Gardens, the Nannup Flower and Garden Festival and Bloomin Wild.

Artisan producers of Certified Organic Sweet Chestnuts, a range of chestnut products and chestnut fed pork from pasture raised heritage Wessex Saddleback pigs.

Our flagship product is Coaldale Pickled Walnuts, which beautifully balances vinegar with sweetness and spice flavours. 

We pick green walnuts in summer before the shell forms and pickle them whole in a unique blend of sugar, vinegar and spices. In a Tassie twist on the old English recipe, we use a local apple cider vinegar.

Pickled walnuts are lovely served on crackers with hard or soft cheese or as part of a ploughman’s lunch with cold meats. You can add pickled walnuts to countless savoury creations to add a beautiful depth of flavour. 

We’ve been producing pickled walnuts since 2006, and this product has won several gold medals at the Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards and the Australian Food Awards.

We sell pickled walnuts in 315g retail jars and 2.13kg food service jars.

Gondwana Macadamias create nourishing and enriching macadamia products designed for everyday kitchen and bathroom routines. Our Northern Rivers macadamia orchard thrives under the watchful eyes and caring hands of our family, reflecting our genuine commitment to quality. The macadamias we grow are skilfully harvested, dehusked, stored and roasted onsite before being crafted into our extensive product range.
Our special, ancient Macadamia Tetraphylla, sits on the highest part of the farm, gracing us with her incredibly sweet scented pink flowers each spring and delicious creamy nuts each Autumn and it is this tree that has inspired much of our work including our logo!

Kennedy Farm Produce was established in January 2018 by Emma and Sean Kennedy.

Our small business works with and complements the Kennedy family farming business established by Sean’s parents John and Pat Kennedy. 

Sean and I have an absolute passion for Australian-made, owned and grown quality produce. This is something we strive to achieve every day. We sow, grow, handpick/harvest and package everything we sell.

We believe in celebrating the season and educating people about what produce is in season.  So much of the produce we see (particularly in supermarkets) is seemingly available all year round. As a result, it is so easy to lose track of seasonality. Fresh is best when it comes to taste and nutrition.

What We Grow .
We are always ready for a challenge to grow new crops. Currently, we grow tomatoes for canning, corn, chickpeas, lentils, wheat, canola, barley and faba beans as well as seasonal vegetables including eggplant, capsicum, cherry tomatoes, leek, spring onion, sliver beet herbs, and chilli. What we grow depends on the season as well as demand therefore what we grow may change from season to season.

We want to share our best with you and provide a unique experience. We want to share our knowledge and passion.

The home of popping corn! We are a 100% Australian-owned family farming business in Corop, VIC, and passionate about sustainable farming & growing great produce.

Certified organic pecan farm at Kootingal, New South Wales. This family run farm produces from a collection of individually named pecan trees planted in the 1990's, air dried golden yellow pecans. Preparation post harvest is kept on farm with own processing plant to crack, shell and pack each seasons pecans.

Planted in the 1940's, The Mount Zero Olive Grove is one of oldest olive groves in Australia.

The Farm
A total of 6000 Spanish Manzanilla and Gordal Olive trees line the base of the Grampians most northern summit - Mount Zero. Here we practice biodynamic farming techniques and have the international Demeter certification. The grove is self-sustaining in its farming practices - feeding the trees directly from the soil humus rather than chemical inputs and our energy supply is sourced from off-grid wind and solar generators.

What we harvest is of huge importance to us but how we harvest is even more important. Ethical and sustainable harvest is a current buzzword in the world of food and produce but we've built a brand over the past 20 years based on respect to the environment, the people of our region and the customers that consume our goods.

Our Mount Zero olive grove is Demeter certified Bio-dynamic practicing a holistic and chemical free approach to growing. We endeavour to grow and source as much organic produce as possible as we strongly believe that less is more in the treatment of edible goods.

Commitment to flavour, sustainable farming and a passion for quality ingredients defines Mount Zero and all that we gather.
