Outback Lamb was born to create a value-added pathway for their business which flows through their small community.

As 5th generation farmers, Fiona Aveyard, a Farmer of the Year finalist in 2019 and her husband Bill, are focused on building their brand.

Fiona’s product and brand-development efforts have gained attention, with her being asked to be a keynote speaker at an International Animal Brand and Marketing Forum last year.

Not only do they focus on the care of each animal, and a nose-to-tail approach to consumption, and paddock to plate philosophies, Outback Lamb also use their platform to share stories of rural and regional producers, a value that we share with them here at Straight To The Source.

We are thrilled to have Outback Lamb onboard as founding members of SttS.
