Unplug, switch off, and recharge with Straight To The Source and Solidteknics founder and designer, Mark Henry! Join us for a 2-day immersion in Noosa's hinterland, where you'll forge your own chefs' knife, explore the bounty of the land, and connect with like-minded industry professionals around the campfire. This isn't just an event – it's a journey into sustainability, artisan craftsmanship, and unforgettable camaraderie.
Itinerary outline and what's included
This chefs-only retreat is limited to 7 guests. The retreat includes: forging, heat-treating, and sharpening your own chefs' knife to take home with you; all meals whilst at Mark’s farm comprising Tuesday’s sunset drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) and dinner, and Wednesday's breakfast and lunch; farm house bedroom accommodation; foraging in Mark's permaculture food forest and farm walks.
