After a series of in-depth meetings to discuss and understand Adora Handmade Chocolate’s immediate, short-term and long-term objectives Straight To The Source’s team put forward a roadmap to assist the business to achieve its growth objectives. 

Established in 1993 by sisters Tina Angelidis & Katerina Stavropoulos, Adora Handmade Chocolates focuses on making exceptional handmade chocolates, as well as building communities of people that are connected to their business and stores.

Visiting an Adora outlet is a truly unique experience. It is a place where you feel welcomed and comfortable. With six unique outlets across Sydney, and a hand-crafted chocolate-making hub in the inner west, Adora has become a Sydney institution.

When Straight To The Source launched its directory in 2020, Adora were amongst the first to join. They had been working with Straight To The Source director, Tawnya Bahr on another project and knew that being in the Straight To The Source community opened up opportunities for them and their business, so joining the STTS directory made sense. It was in conversation with Tina and Katerina during their complimentary 30-minute business consultancy call as part of their STTS membership benefits, that we identified opportunities for the future growth of their business, along with the skills, expertise and connections in our team and network to help achieve them. 

After a series of in-depth meetings to discuss and understand Adora’s immediate, short-term and long-term objectives Straight To The Source’s team put forward a road-map to assist the business to achieve its growth objectives. 

Delivered over phases, we worked closely with Adora to undertake qualitative and quantitative research to enable data driven decisions and create marketing strategy opportunities to drive business growth. These insights were then used to evaluate and align their branding and packaging; and, a strategic and tactical sales and marketing plan was written to deliver on the growth objectives.

The project, which has now concluded, was delivered to time and within budget and the feedback from Tina and Katerina speaks for itself:
